Wine Knot was founded in 2004 by Terry McDonald and Jesse Pentecost. Brian Haberski is the General Manager and Executive Chef. Brian attended The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and has over 10 years of experience managing professional kitchens and restaurants.
